Terms of Service: Rad Rat Comment Dashboard

These terms govern use of Rad Rat Comment Dashboard (“the App”), a private tool operated by Aron Lawrence (“I”, “me”) at radratvideo.com.

1. What the App is

The App helps me review comments on my own YouTube channel, Rad Rat Video, and my own Instagram account, and reply to them. Each day it selects a small set of comments, drafts replies in my voice, and lets me approve, edit, post, or skip them. It is a private tool, not a public service. Access is limited to me and anyone I personally authorize.

2. YouTube and Google terms

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Use of Google data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy). The App also uses the Instagram API, and use of Instagram data is subject to the Meta Platform Terms. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, or Anthropic.

3. Privacy

How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Use the App only with accounts and channels you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Review every reply before posting. Replies are posted under your account, and you are responsible for them, including compliance with the terms and community guidelines of YouTube and Instagram.
  • Do not use the App to spam, harass, or deceive anyone, or to break any law or platform rule.
  • Keep your login token and credentials private.

5. AI-generated drafts

The App uses AI to filter comments and draft replies. Drafts can be wrong or miss context. The App does not post anything until you review the reply and press Post.

6. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that comments will be filtered or classified correctly.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the App, including replies posted, comments hidden, or content missed.

8. Ending access

I may suspend or end access to the App at any time. You can stop using it at any time and revoke its access to your Google account at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or to your Instagram account under Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites.

9. Changes

I may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
